What does the $500 deposit go toward?

What happens if I don't reach $1,000 in orders within a year?
The deposit converts to a build fee — which is our actual cost for a 3–5 day custom build. You still own the site during that year and can keep using it. Most active resellers hit $1,000 within 2–3 months if they push traffic through Instagram or TikTok. If you're not confident about volume, buy the site outright at $1,000 via Path B instead.
When does the site actually become free?
At $5,000 cumulative shipped orders through the site. Domain ownership and source code both transfer to you at no additional cost — we hand over DNS, GitHub repo, and any registered assets. The $500 deposit is also refunded at that point (usually earlier, at the $1,000 milestone). So above $5,000 you have a fully-owned site plus your deposit back.
Path A vs Path B — which should I pick?
Path A (deposit) if you're testing whether reps work as a side business — lower risk since the $500 comes back if you produce volume. Path B (buyout) if you already know you're doing volume — you get domain + code day one with no sourcing obligation, meaning you could source from anyone (though our factory pricing is usually the reason people stay). Most first-time partners pick Path A.
How much can I customize the design?
Substantially. You give us the palette (up to 3 accent colors), tone of voice for the copy, logo, and brand name. We handle the technical stack — you don't need to write code or edit HTML. If you want a very specific layout we haven't done before, that's a scope conversation and may add a small fee, but for standard rep bag layouts we've seen most requests before.
Can multiple people sell from the same site?
No — one partnership = one domain = one WhatsApp thread. If you have a co-founder or team, they can share access, that's fine. Customer lands on your site → clicks a product → WhatsApps you → you confirm stock/color with them → you WhatsApp us (same thread, or a separate thread you keep for wholesale) → we quote you the factory price + shipping → you charge your customer your retail price → we ship direct to your customer's address via DHL with your business info on the customs form. You pocket the margin.
How long does it take you to build the site?
3–5 days from deposit paid. Day 1 we confirm brand name, palette, and domain. Day 2–3 we build. Day 4 we hand you a preview URL for review. Day 5 we launch to your custom domain. If you want a rush build (48 hours), we can do it for a $100 rush fee, but the 3–5 day timeline is what most partners prefer since it gives you time to prep your Instagram / TikTok launch content in parallel.
Can I upgrade from Path A to Path B later?
Yes. If you're on Path A and want to buy out early (before reaching $1,000 or $5,000), we accept the balance of $500 to convert to Path B ownership. This is common when a partner realizes they want independence from sourcing obligation — we're not offended, it's a healthy sign the business is working.
What payment methods do you accept for the deposit or buyout?
